ACCOMMODATIONS

The Publick House in Sturbridge, MA has three lodging facilities to choose from for your group: the Country Lodge, the Historic Inn and the Chamberlain House. Call our sales office for group lodging rates. Rates are subject to an 11.7% MA rooms tax.

Deposit Policy – A $250.00 initial deposit and signed contract are due 30 days from booking.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to arrival guarantee a full refund of your advance deposit. Cancellations received within 30 days will not be refunded.

Rooming List – A rooming list is due 30 days prior to arrival along with any special requests such as a first floor, adjacent, connecting, or non-smoking rooms. All requests will be honored on an availability basis.

Baggage Handling – $4.00 per person, round trip.
