Chamberlain House, which was once an old farm house that offered overnight accommodations, was reopened in 2016 after renovating the farm house portion and adding new construction that now features 20 rooms and suites. These rooms are designed for those staying in the area on business or spending the weekend with friends and family celebrating a wedding or special event.
Chamberlain House may have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms, based on availability. Pet-friendly rooms are normally limited to the Country Motor Lodge. There is a fee for any guest room with pets unless the guest can provide paperwork documenting that it is a service animal.
All room rates are subject to a 11.7% MA Sales Tax, which may change without notice.
The Publick House has a strict NO SMOKING policy. Smoking in any guest room or indoor area (including tobacco, marijuana, and vaping or e-cigarettes) will result in a minimum charge of $250.00.
