Tillyer House is our newest addition, opened in October 2018. Located to the right of the Publick House Historic Inn, offering 28 overnight rooms, fitness room, spa, and large sitting areas in the lobby and throughout for guests to gather and relax while enjoying their accommodations. Each room offers two queen size beds, refrigerator, in-room safe, and walk-in shower (some rooms also have standard bathtubs).
The Tillyer House may have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms, based on availability. Pet-friendly rooms are normally limited to the Country Motor Lodge. There is a fee for any guest room with pets unless the guest can provide paperwork documenting that it is a service animal.
All room rates are subject to a 11.7% MA Sales Tax, which may change without notice.
The Publick House has a strict NO SMOKING policy. Smoking in any guest room or indoor area (including tobacco, marijuana, and vaping or e-cigarettes) will result in a minimum charge of $250.00.
