The Country Motor Lodge, just a short walk from the Historic Inn and nestled in an apple orchard, opened in 1960. The Country Motor Lodge offers 63 standard hotel rooms and overlooks the Publick House and is connected via private walkway and road to the Inn. All Motor Lodge rooms also have a small private balcony.
Pet-friendly rooms are available upon request in the Country Lodge. There is a fee for any guest room with pets unless the guest can provide paperwork documenting that it is a service animal.
All room rates are subject to a 11.7% MA Sales Tax, which may change without notice.
The Publick House has a strict NO SMOKING policy. Smoking in any guest room or indoor area (including tobacco, marijuana, and vaping or e-cigarettes) will result in a minimum charge of $250.00.
Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The property itself is very nice and has beautiful flowers and plants throughout.
